Scented Gingerbread Men

Want to create your own Gingerbread men pictures which smell good enough to eat? 

Yes? then you will need...

*A Gingerbread man template cut out onto brown card
*Ground Cinnamon (as much or as little as you like)
*Ground Ginger (as much or as little as you like)
*A splash of water
*Ribbons, or other any other materials
*Buttons
*Painting Sponges
*glue

First we mixed together some cinnamon and ginger with a little water to make a think "paint" like consistency, Then using the sponges we covered the Gingerbread men in the scented "paint" mix.

We then dipped the buttons into some glue and placed them on the our Gingerbread men, and repeated with the ribbon too. We then tried to use mini pom poms to create the face but found they wouldn't stick to the card, so instead we had to use some googly eyes.
Then finally once they had dried, we used a black pen to draw on a mouth.
